This is a KOA UNIT - One Bedroom with 2 Baths - FRONT CORNER UNIT - and the nicest One Bedroom Unit the resort has. It has the fullest kitchen setup with oven as well as Full Refrigerator, dishes, etc - and we owners get the highest floors - so it is real special! We love this Resort! It makes a Waikiki vacation exceptional! It is near everything! and has all the amenities of the nicest Timeshare. You are treated like a special guest and offered wonderful owner priveleges. The Resort is perfectly located on Lewers St within walking distance from Ala Moana St - There is a pool and jakuzi on the top floor - 27th floor and the 26th floor is the Owners lounge that is beautiful and has gorgeous views of Waikiki beach - and Honolulu - the lights all around at night are gorgeous. Also a pool table, large TV, and computers for guest use.

The Imperial Hawaii Vacation Club has experienced a major make-over, but the hospitality and location is still supurb. This resort offers all the conveniences of a full service hotel including daily and/or limited maid service, 24-hour reception, telephone voice mail, DVD rental, bell service, and valet parking.
The Imperial Hawaii Vacation Club also has on-site specialty shops and boutiques, a 24-hour coffee shop and restaurant, and a grocery store, as well as a full service tour desk to help arrange your special vacation needs. Down on the third floor you will find the resort fitness center, and massage and sauna room.

Resort Description:
There is so much to do in Waikiki - we love to go on Catamaran Sailing rides offered
every couple of hours. They leave from the beach, last for about 2 hours and are so much
fun! Also get a surfing lesson from one of the beach boys, or go on the outrigger canoe
rides - really special!

Unit Description:
This is a great unit - FRONT CORNER UNIT - with full kitchen - the only one bedroom that
is this complete with oven dishes, and all you would like in your home. There are 25
floors to choose from and I always ask for the highest floor possible - there are 2
lanais. The sleeper sofa in the front room sleeps 2. The rooms are very well kept and it
is wonderful to be in a timeshare instead of a hotel in Waikiki - makes a big difference
to your stay!

Nearby Attractions:
The beach is steps away from the resort - and you have catamarans out front to ride,
surfing, and wonderful restaurants and shows all within walking distance. The Royal
Hawaiian Hotel is very close and the Hale Kalani is right across the street - one of our
favorite places to relax at the end of a day watchin beautiful Hawaiian Dancers and
singers as you eat out on a stunning terrace with the sound of waves along the beach and
cocoanut palms swaying in the breezes.

There is a wonderful long beach right
across the street with grassy lawns and cocoanut trees for shade as a place to lounge.
Also take a Catamaran ride or rent a beach lounge - snorkle or have a nice lunch right
there at the Beack.

Nearby Restaurants:
Acoss the street is a new mall with 'Roys' restaurant and we also like the buffets at the
Sheritan across the street while we watch the Hula shows at sunset.
