Information about Timeshares

Selling a timeshare or planning a timeshare vacation? Explore our vast resources.

Would you like to buy timeshares for a fraction of the cost of what a resort charges?  We offer what are referred to as "Timeshare Resales".  With a resale, previous owners sell timeshares at a discounted price allowing you to buy it below what you would normally pay had you bought it through the resort.

Why would you want to buy timeshare(s)?  Most people want to buy timeshares because they want to own their vacations year after year instead of renting or paying hotel room costs.  In the long run, the savings can be significant, especially if buying a timeshare through a discounted resale.  Many owners purchase their timeshare from the resorts without ever knowing about the resale market and the huge savings available to them.  Don't fall in the trap of paying over inflated prices when you can buy a timeshare resale on

Another reason you might be interested buying a timeshare is to exchange it for other timeshares in different locations.  Not everyone wants to visit the same resort year after year.  That is why exchange companies such as RCI and Interval International developed; to allow owners to exchange their timeshare with other owners.  These exchange companies usually charge a flat fee for their exchanges.  Through our website, all exchanges are free.

If you haven't had a chance to take a look around the site, click on the navigation bar to the left to browse through our numerous listings; many for resale by owners and many simply available for rent.  If you want to try before you buy, consider renting a timeshare before you buy it.  Something we would recommend is to call the resort you are interested in owning at and ask if they have any promotional offers.  If so, you will be able to stay for free or at a large discount.  Write down their prices during your stay and remember that it is almost allows cheaper to buy resale (from a previous owner) that it is to buy from the resort.  Don't fall for the high pressure tactics of the resort during your promotional stay.  Instead, contact one of our owners and buy a resale.
