Other resorts may also have different terminology, whatever it may be they all indicate the same thing, different times during a year at that resort are more desirable. High season will normally sell out before other times during the year, since they are in higher demand, timeshare owners will find it easier to rent out a high season unit at a given resort. Do not be discouraged if you own during medium or low season at a resort, owners can be successful renting units during off season, however they may not rent as fast or receive the same amount for the rental.
