The Olympic Village Inn is nestled at the base of Squaw Valley, where the 1960 Winter Olympics were held. Squaw Valley USA has 32 ski lifts, reaching six peaks that provide terrain choices for skiers of all experience levels. Ice-skating and cross-country skiing are also available. Not just a winter locale, Squaw Valley offers a variety of summer activities as well, including horseback riding, tennis, golf, hiking, and biking. You can take a short drive to enjoy boating and fishing on Lake Tahoe, browse in the shops, or try your luck at the casinos. Open the door to your meticuously appointed suite and enter an inviting environment. A delightful mixture of Tyrolian charm and new world luxury is readily apparant with imported wall coverings, old-world stenciling, and eiderdown comfortors perfectly complimented by a Euro-kitchenette woth modern appliances and cookware. You will also find thick terry cloth robes, hand painted floral tiles, and a tub complete with a massage shower. High speed internet access, DVD players, and a complete entertainment center are also featured. This is a vacation of a lifetime, any time of the year.
