The sensational location of the five Mimosa House properties on the beachfront close to the main center of Port Elizabeth looking out onto the azure waters of Admiralty Bay with its abundant sea life - birds, turtles, manta rays and fish - make it a particularly special place where groups of up to fifteen people can be accommodated. The Cottage, with its colonial history, is a museum piece of original West Indian architecture. Once it was moved across the island on the back of an ox-cart and was the birth place of one of the island's dignitaries. Later it housed the famous Crab Hole Boutique which sold original silk screen prints from its island factory. Now, recently completely renovated and converted to a Cottage, it offers you that fairy tale gingerbread shanty.
